How do you feel today?
Angry, confused, sad, scared, vacant, weak, empty and so alone

Why do you feel like that?
I wish I knew but I don’t

What do you want to do about it?
Kick, scream and cry out or
Shrink into a corner,
Disappear and cry,
Rock myself slowly,
Lay on my arms,
To hide from those who know me
Close my eyes and make everything go dark,
Cover my ears to get rid of the noise
Surround myself with the ones i love

Does this help?
No, nothing helps
The darkness is endless
The noise never stops
I both want and don’t want to be alone
I want to stay in my mums arms
(they feel safe)
Everyone can see the mess I've become
Everyone stares or asks me what’s wrong

Can you tell them?
I wish I could but...
I don’t know where to start:
The words get stuck in my throat
There’s a heavy fog in my head,
There’s tap over my mouth,
I can’t talk, I can’t breathe
I can only cry

Is there someone who’s there for you?
Yes, there is
They holds me, tells me it’s alright,
That they’re there for me, they doesn’t ask me to talk to them,
But listens if I do, they're embrace feels committable, warm and safe
It's like they knows what I need
Or they makes me laugh instead to distract from the pain

Who are they?
My best friends, my sisters and my mum

And I want to thank them for it
