why does the end have to come as soon as we start

Why you gotta come in my life
Why you gotta unintentionally flip everything upside down
Why you gotta heal me so quickly
Why you gotta let me see the wonders of the world
Why you gotta mess up everything in my life
Why you gotta add so many colors into my life
Why you gotta make me so confused
Why you gotta be a friend
Why you gotta be a good friend
Why you gotta be a best friend
Why you gotta be a likeable person
Why you gotta be a crush
Why you gotta be so much better than the last special person

I thought he was a 10
Seeing you, I now realize he’s just a 1
It’s you who are the 10

You make me

You’re the way I start the week
You’re the way I end the week
You’re the light at the end of the tunnel
You’re the reason why I’m still here
You’re the reason why I’m doing fine

I went through one of the darkest times of my life
Even though you don’t know about this,
You made me have a purpose and reason to live

It’s just that there are a few problems in the way
Some I don’t know how to say
Well, I don’t know how you feel about me

Am I a good friend
Am I a potential future special person
Even if you apply to the second option
You’ll be gone soon
You’ll be no longer attending this school
You’ll disappear from my life after mixing up and messing with my feelings

You’ve created a sweet, delicate, crazy, chaos
It’s so
Bittersweet

Being with you is healing
But knowing the fact that you’re leaving is hurting
I’d love to see how we’d end up
But,
Why you gotta leave as soon as we started
Why does the end have to come as soon as we start

I guess this is farewell
I can’t really say anything more
Besides

Thank you
For being a good friend
Thank you
For being so nice
Thank you
For being there for me
Thank you
I’ll miss you
