We usually reply within 1–2 business days. If it’s a bug, please include your device model, system version, and a screenshot if possible: that way we’ll understand the problem faster and won’t bother you with follow-up questions.
Frequently asked questions
How do I go back to a poem I started learning?
Open the “My poems” tab — it shows everything in progress and everything you’ve already learned. Tap a card and the app will continue from exactly the stage where you left off.
Voice recording isn’t working
Check that Learn Poems has microphone access in your phone’s system settings. On iPhone — Settings → Learn Poems → Microphone. On Android — Settings → Apps → Learn Poems → Permissions. If the permission is granted but audio still isn’t being captured, write to us and we’ll help you sort it out.
My progress disappeared after reinstalling
Progress is stored locally on your device, so it’s erased when the app is uninstalled.
Reminders aren’t coming through
First check that notifications are allowed in your system settings. Then make sure the bell is enabled on the specific poem’s card in “My poems” — reminders aren’t scheduled automatically; you need to confirm them manually after completing a training session.
Can I learn my own texts, not just ones from the catalog?
Yes. On the add screen, choose “Custom text” and paste your poem. The app will split it into stanzas for you.
