A saviour

Dedicated to a stupid idiot who won't listen to me and keeps abusing her wrists.

One, maybe two, Hands moving themselves, I'll do a few.

A crimson trail, Of lines inflicted, By my past.

A long sleeved jumper, Averted eyes, False smiles.

A mistake, A forgotten memory, Shouldn't roam.

I tell myself, Repeatedly, I'm just alone.

Don't talk, No tears, Stay away from me.

What if you saw, The truth that's hidden, Under my sleeve?

I'm sorry, To the people, Who actually mind.

I pushed you away, Retreating behind, A perfect mask.

You take it off, Holding my hand, Inspecting my lies.

The wounds heal, Scars disappear, In your bright light.

Stop cutting. Hell's sake.
