Music

Chords and lyrics flow through my veins, Pumped by the heavy rhythm of thundering drums The vocalist’s every word inhabits the very blood cells informed By the steady thrumming of bass and electric guitars Every song ever heard lives within me From the caveman’s primitive beats to 50s country, From the musical revolution of the 60s to the 70’s disco, From the 80s hair metal to 90s pop and R&B. Melodies made from blood, sweat and tears beat inside me The voices of generations buzz in my mind Forming a cornucopia of creativity and inspiration to help me live my days.
