When We Were Young
Sometimes I sit and stare, Wondering if I also shared the days. I reminiscent, the Christmas spirit Flooding me with joy, Oh how the trains moved. I cry out in laughter with my dad, Oh how they were good. The music reverberating through my bones, Singing along without a know of the lyrics. Like a melody, I play the tapes. Like a bittersweet montage I replay, Reminiscing my vermilon days.
