A Hazy Dream

I had a dream in broken sleep, I was laying in a landscape, Full of buttercups and pasture, Golden sun was gleaming, And I felt like I'm awake and not dreaming, It was shining down on me, Like I was totally free, Shedding its warm soothing rays, On every inch of my skin, Like nothing had end and, Everything was about to begin, Calming like your touch used to heal, Once again I remembered that feel, I could live like that forever, But suddenly I woke up, In this world of reality, Where there is no love and only brutality.
