XIV - Petricore in the room

Luca FlautoCheerful

Suddenly the rain caught us as a fresh coat. We ran in the house wet and happy.

The windows were open and so our souls. The scent of petricore fast showed up and spread in the bedroom.

Now the light is disappearing and a fresh breath of summer is making us hugging tight.

I could hear raindrops falling on the glass like warm tears on my face. I felt cosy and, happily, I fell asleep.
