Reverse rainfall

I now believe the wind will respond should I call, And it feels like a reverse rainfall, The raindrops lift from the ground and float to the sky, The clouds darken as the world turns dry, Then, they quickly disperse like seafoam on the waves, The azure sky peeks out, the sun raves, It shimmers with energy as sunshine comes back, Getting the whole world right back on track.
