Wannabe Hero

With red for a scarf, And grey for a hood, And blue for a cape, I'll set out once more, To save the day, Flying in the azure, Jumping very high, I'd look down to see, The town's in trouble, Swooping in and down, To save the day again, To save once more, With beams for eyes, With blades for arms, With cool for voice, With skater for feet, I'll save everyone, I'll protect everything, From the demise, That slowly plagues, I'll be the shield, That everyone admires, And I'll be the light, So no one gets lost, I'll stop the pain, So no one suffers, I'll stop the rain, So no one will cry, But I wake up again, To find myself, In my bed as a normal kid, I look upon the posters, And toy towns, Remembering that I'm, Just some wannabe hero.
