Even Without You

When I lost you, I felt my world crashing down.

My vision became dark, it blurred. So I went to sleep early. and when I woke up, the sun embraced me.

I felt the warmth and comfort of my bed, the light sun beams through the window blanketed me, tucked me neatly. It was bright.

And in that moment, it was as though you were hugging me, ever so gently.
