Her Heart is Filled with Blood

Slowly and sarcastically His gaze slips over her fingers Seeping through her skin Into her blood So he can flow with her life To her heart And slip inside Resting there until he is forced out By beating passage of time He cycles through her From dawn to dusk In the river of her life force Until she is broken And he can escape Not that he want to Leaving her broken Is the last thing he ever wanted But it’s not a choice anymore
