They're all having a real good time Laughing the night away Enjoying this time with their friends Without a care Did nobody ever think Of the one who wasn't there Did nobody ever think To ask her to be there She thought that she was a friend But now she knows better She lays awake in her bed All alone And tries to sleep But these thoughts keep flitting Around and around in her head She tells herself that she's stupid And wonders why Anyone would be her friend Or why they would even try She calls herself crap While her 'friends' Are having fun without her Because she wasn't invited to have fun. She wasn't invited to the party
