Frequently asked questions
How are poems matched to a mood?
Pick an emotion or theme on the home screen and the app shows poems that fit it. You can browse the selection, open author pages, and jump to related poems.
What is smart search?
It’s search by meaning: describe in your own words what you’re after (“something about quiet autumn sadness”) and the app finds matching poems. The text of your query is sent to our server only to process the request and is not tied to you — the app has no user accounts.
Narration won’t play
Narration is loaded from the internet the first time you play it and then cached on your device. Check your connection and try again. On iPhone the app plays narration even in silent mode, so also check your volume.
“Poem of the day” isn’t arriving
Make sure “Poem of the day” is enabled in settings and that system notifications are allowed for the app. Reminders fire locally at the time you choose — no internet connection is needed for them.
My favorites and history disappeared after reinstalling
Favorites, recent poems, and search history are stored locally on your device, so they’re erased when the app is uninstalled. There are no accounts and no cross-device sync.
How do I turn off analytics?
Open “Profile” → the privacy section and switch off the analytics toggle. The app then stops sending anonymous usage statistics.
Which languages are the poems in?
The catalog includes poems in Russian, Belarusian, and English (and keeps growing). You can choose the content languages and the interface language in settings.
