I Love No One Now
I love no one now.
At least I think I do.
My heart no longer stops, when he says "Hey" anymore.
Yesterday there was a social.
It was loads of fun.
But I couldn't stop staring at him.
He looked lovely, all dressed in plaid
But he didn't notice me.
I don't think I like him, or love him, anymore.
He ignores me in the hall, when I say a shy "Hi"
So maybe when the years over and done, he'll finally notice me.
But I doubt it.

I've fallen in love with someone new
It's a foolish thing....yes, it's true
He's nice....
He's beautiful....in every way...
He makes me feel good today..
But I don't see him often...
No, I do not...
See, he's perfect...

It all started on the first day of school
I was wearing my flower crown- as usual
I walked to my locker and hoped
Today would be something good- nope
I got punched
And kicked
And called a loser
But after I was on the ground
I found a noise
A particular sound
Of you singing
To your hearts content
No one knew
