alpha ∞ omega

alpha & omega

beginnings without an end

meeting you was a blur of colour

for i was young then

but it will always come to an end

my heart will sew itself up and beat, once more

as the saying goes, "first loves never last"

for what matters are the loves you treasure after

you will never read this but if you ever do,

my pen still writes, and the pages continue to fill

i want you to know that no matter what

my story shall not end with you.

care still fills my heart,

for the tear stained pages will not deny, my naive

arms outstretched in open glory,

soul filled with nothing but youthful ignorance

but i will never forget you in my life;

as i will always remember

these memories will remain kept surely,

shelved aside, dusted pasts left behind

close to my heart.

as i choose to forge on.

(read each side first, then read left to right, zigzag.)
