The Difference Between Living and Breathing

Breathing is necessary. A vital role for our survival. Inhale, Exhale. Breathe In, breathe out. Living on the other hand is Optional. Although, one might even argue That by virtue breathing is living, Hell I'd be lying if I agree; For example, someone who's lying Brain dead in a hospital bed and hooked up to a machine is breathing. Is that in any way living? Because even if I'm breathing, I might not be living. I might not be living because I might've been dying. I might've been dying becauseI have had it; I have had it. I can't handle it anymore. I can't handle it anymore, it's getting heavier. It's getting heavier and heavier to the point where all I can manage to do is breathe. Breathing is all I can manage to do. Breathing Inhale, Exhale. Breathe In, breathe out. Breathing is all I have left When all I had already left. I am still breathing. Breathing. I am just breathing. To hell I'm barely even breathing. Struggling so hard. Breathing to make people Think I'm living. Enjoying. A day to day masquerading. Hiding the fact that I am actually afraid of living, leaving the comforts of my mask. Because living is different from breathing. See breathing here is necessary. A vital role for our survival; While living, on the other hand, is a luxury for someone who is facing one's destiny. Because to live, one must be Contented, satisfied. Enjoying the luxury of being Happy. That's the difference. See? Breathing is a necessity While living is a luxury not given to many. That's the difference between Breathing and living.
