I Remember

I studied your face Fell in love With your perfections That you call flaws Your perfectly lined jawbone Your captivating blue eyes I remember that day Because that's when I realized I'd rather be here For the rest of my life And nowhere else I remember All those faded freckles over your nose The slight green and silver in your eyes Your chocolate brown hair I remember it all The way you said my name It made chills run down my spine Out of delight I never wanted anything more Just a small love Just a hug from behind A small kiss I never wanted fights Ugly nights Angry days Cutting ways Just that blue In your eyes That glowed in daylight And shined with the stars That hypnotized smile The signatured smirk You had so much respect And for that I respected you Loved you But I was afraid Because it seemed That i didn't make you happy That I never could But I could try That I should Keep trying To make you happy Even if it breaks me Just smile Let a laugh Echo through the room From your amazing voice And be happy Remember how We use to be Because I do The way you held me That warmth in my chest The tingle feeling in my arms Remember I remember

Just be you. I lost a friend while I was in a relationship and I fucked my relationship up. Please learn out of my mistakes if you can.
