fault

it was my fault i lost a friend it was my fault i ruined a relationship my fault my parents argue and fight my fault my brother and sister hate me

my fault my friends talk about me my fault my teachers hate me my fault i ruined my shoes my fault i sliced my wrists again...

my fault i tried to kill myself to drown myself in pills and hateful words as i look in the mirror in spite

disgusted by my own image covering my painful sobs, just to wipe the tears away and make my eyes not look swollen

it's my fault this book is being written this poem is on my digital paper i cry in my shower i push everyone away from me

it's a sacrifice to the heart

it's my fault i yearn to be happy i fail all my classes i can't concentrate and i'm a broken girl

i hear my old friend's voice speaking "you will push mountains for someone who hurt you, just so they can have a small sip of water."

he wasn't wrong but all of it is my fault my fault i'm like this so i'm sorry for being me
