Flutter

I walked outside Into the rainy day, Full of dripping, And full of dropping. With my boots, My jacket, My hat, My umbrella. The wind was very strong, And it pushed, And it pulled, And it howled. It snatched my umbrella, Then my hat, Then my jacket, And then my pants. They fluttered into the air, High, high into the air. Up it went, Until the rain stopped. They fluttered back down, And I snugged my clothes on, And my stuff Was warm. The rain went away, And the clouds cleared the day, And the sun shined the day, And I walked back. I walked inside, Away from the rainy day, Full of dripping, And full of dropping.
