She was with him Places he promised to take me

Everybody seemed to like the skinny little replica more than the real person

She was greedy She took him My future and dreams My hopes and friends

And claimed them Here she was vowing to be there through good and bad Isn't it funny and unfair that I was only necessary during the hard times Now all I could do was stare at the perfect couple.
