Snake in my garden

There's a snake in my garden And I don't know what to do. Someone please help me.

It lays in the grass, In the center, Where it's nice and safe.

I ask it to leave. Politely and gently. But it hisses no and continues To resent me.

Dear snake in my garden, I wish you could leave. Stop scaring the people, And eating the leaves.

Oh snake in my garden can't you see theres no space? The flowers are growing And you're in the way.

The snake in my garden had left me now. A hollow imprint, Of where it layed behind. My tears fall and another flower grows.

Oh snake in my garden I wish you didn't go.
