Trapped

I am trapped in a small, narrow room With no food, No water, No light And no love.

I'm an innocent person put to jail randomly; Whoever did it must have No justice.

Not even a single drop of it, Not even a speck Or a grain.

It chooses anyone, Like a little boy running around Poking random people And shouting, " You're It! "

A young boy is tolerable Because it is his way of play But what this disease has done to me Is no such game.

It is like trapped in a 4-walled cage With no windows, No doors, Not a single hole, For light to seep in.

What should I do? Should I go on and keep holding on? Or should I give up And let myself wither away in darkness?
