Destined to Wander

A winding wasted way I search, Over broken cobble And mist and grit, On a whim and stride of hesitance Not light of foot And with no complacency. High walls that blinker and flank Show not a hint of fault or weakness, They are my confining fate, I am driven only forward Until the suddenly approaching End.
