These Walls.

tahliaAnxious

These walls can hear us, And they can't speak. Who knows what secrets they might keep? Who knows the lies they've heard us say? Who knows the truth they have hidden away? These walls are sneakier than they seem. These walls are wise beyond our years, Because they don't speak, They only hear. These walls are demons, Catching us in every fault. They know your secrets, They know them all. The walls can hear you, So speak softly my dear, And never say anything, That you don't want the walls to hear.

Inspired off of my book, Jack and Jill, Chapter 13. "Who knows, these walls could hear."
