Seasons

Tiffany.Contemplative

I sit in my room Watching the flowers Bloom and become Something more beautiful Than what you saw as a Little bud And I still sit And watch The snow slowly Falling down Like the world Is being sprinkled Simply with sparkles Some people Say That the world around them Is covered in a white Cold blanket But I think It's simply a gift But yet a curse And when September comes You find yourself buried Under 6 feet of leaves These leaves are not alive They once have been But as the days and nights Tend to get colder The life in the leaves Slowly start to die out Just like how An old one Slowly starts to die Then there's summer Who's quite harsh But who couldn't love summer Me. Summer is simply Honestly amazing But summer means Interacting And interacting with people Is not my favourite thing to do They can't see my dark soul Or dead heart But they can simply see A person who is happy They don't know whether It is genuine Or something they don't want to see But they go with it Like how the leaves blow along with the wind And somehow I have related Nature to humanity When nature is clearly, Completely and Utterly More beauty Than humanity could ever hold.
