Lost in Thoughts

Thoughts are dangerous. Thoughts are beautiful. Thoughts make you forget, or remember. Thoughts made me forget my pain but made me remember once more.

Plastic effigies roam the sea, no starboard or otherwise, sandwhich bags pass as permits, simple obligations from where they drearily drink tea. Day by day, shaped like a gyre, montonous labyrinthine symposiums, word by word, waits for knotted guts to spill forth, oh wait, pull over, another flat tire. They say many things, those circling sheep, concepts blend into the next, the world seems clouded and hazy, when do we truly drift off to sleep. Though in not so many words one could say encouragingly, from dreams comes responsibility.

Without You

I thought I would die without you and you're the only thing I want in life. The truth is I never wanted to be with myself more than ever.

Connection

Have you ever been connected to another Person? I mean truly connected Not a whimsical fantasy. Such a connection is rare and can be scary. To feel what another feels To have intimate knowledge on them is a blessing and a curse. For if the relationship is fine, Waves of happiness and light hit you like an ocean, lifting you up But if things start to change, The waves begin to churn like that of a storm coming in. It's hard to feel at first but slowly the light you used to see everywhere has dimmed. And then The storm comes... When things finally break, the waves of warmth and light turn cold and painful. Happiness turns into confusion, pain, and longing.

Reflection

I already knew you so well when we met, because your brokenness resembled the reflection I see everyday in the mirror.

Broken

Scribbles of ink for a brain, Fluttering butterflies for a stomach, Bones of glass that threaten to brake away, A soul with the pride of lions, And gears that move slowly getting broken down and worn away for a heart, Slow ticking for a heart that has never started. This is the person you've become and this is why your strong as iron and mysterious as moonlight my dear.

death and life

i do not think that death is something that should spark fear yes, it is inevitable yes, it is an end, of sorts but it is not something that should be thought of so negatively death is just as important as life it does not rob life rather, it realizes when one has had too much of it has anyone considered that maybe life is the one draining us and death is the one saving us from it?

Water Lily

The water churns Fish swarming Bugs hopping Yet in the middle of the pond, Lies a serene water lily The fish jump around, stirring the surface. The alligator lies at the bottom, Springing on anything that comes nye Yet in the midst of chaos, Remains the water lily, Silent and still. Words cannot describe it's beauty, Only the through the eyes of the onlooker. Sought after by many, The water lily becomes weary.

While we're destroying each other for dignity. They hold up there glistening but appear in solitary. But the plot is. Solitary belongs to mankind. The stars amuse me. Do we actually think that the universe is continuously expanding?. Funny how we are the only ones expand to grow apart faking sage. The stars amuse me. Physicists say dark energy occupies 68% of the space. But they don't know that the dark energy also occupies 99% of our planet. It's everywhere. In the warmest smiles. Between the closest friends. And the most trusted people. Intervene all the happy moments. The plot is.

what would I change?....

I often think about what in my life I would change If I were borne again I wouldn’t change who my parents are But maybe their circumstances: They would work well paid jobs With flexible hours So they didn’t have to stress about money And would have the time do more enjoyable things I wouldn’t change the number of siblings I have If I were born again But I would change our dynamic Our brother would want to spend time with us We'd get on better and do more with eachother So no one would feel left out We'd comfort or help eachother If one of us was sad

The caribou do not need a reason

The caribou do not need a reason to go where they are going, neither does the river. But when I go to see the caribou, when I go to walk with the river, Others ask me why.
