You are gone

Your smile makes me smile, I knew it would. Your eyes say so much, I knew they could. Your hugs are the sweetest place, even before we first embraced. I missed you before I met you and now I miss you because you are gone.

Still

You want me to pretend we never met, but that's impossible. It's easier to pretend we still love each other.

I'm giving up on my own kingdom just to let another person become the queen

Love (English translation)

Unbeknownst love, All-powerful love, You, the reason of our existence, You, the force of our connection. Life-giving love, Enlightening love, Star on this way of life, Sun in this Andalucian Path. You are not as beautiful as they say, You challenge us to accept, Each day a new surprise, For which we better be prepared. Oh love, don't leave me, I need your force beside my lungs, Stay by my side and give me life, Just like this, my beloved love song.

Love

Your regrets, Give them to me. Let me feel thier weight, Crush my back and bury me in the sand. Your pains and struggles, Give them to me. Let me know what it's like to be hurt, And not have enough space to breath. Your love, Give it to me. I beg of you let me know what it feels like, To stay in your arms all night. I can't express it more. I can't shout from the mountains anymore, Because I have lost my voice. So please. Please.

The moment

On this soft, soft Otis Redding summer night I am stirred by the touch of her hand I know at last she understands This warm embrace under dying light On this soft, soft Otis Redding summer night alone, feeling lost and done for I am stirred by the touch of her hand as she places the old blue scarf on my shoulder I know at last she understands I will sleep with the memory of that warm embrace under dying light

Something special

I'm not that smart Yet you value kindness over intelligence I'm not that pretty Yet you love every part of my body I do stupid things Yet you think they're silly, simple and easy-to-make mistakes I'm such a cry baby Yet you believe it's nothing wrong with being over-sensitive I'm not perfect Yet you believe I am perfect I say mean things Yet you forgive me I was a fool Yet you believe I didn't know better I hate myself

I'm fine...

I'm fine At least for now I know I tell you this many times But I am truly fine I'm okay Because you're with me today

Love

I love you unconditionally In adjectives that don't exist yet Adjectives that describes how much I love you But I'm also too afraid of loving you this much Because I'm afraid of losing you

I'm waiting for you

To the person that will one day love me... I wait for you tentatively Unsure as to if you’ll really come And like everyone I have expectations of you But unlike anyone mine are more accurately requests: I expect you to be patience It takes me longer to process things but I’ll get there if you give me time I expect you to understand when no one else does Know me for who I am in all my versatility I expect you to hold me with warmth and sincerity May the space of you outstretched arms become my safe haven I expect you to let me rest with your arm around me Let me hear the heart that beats for the both of us as what’s left of mine I would have already surrendered to you

Stay

I told you the day you stopped cutting, I would too. You stopped for me, but I couldn't stop for you. There's no more slits on my wrists, that's because I moved onto my hips. I tried to quit, but I feel more pain with the razor not letting me ache. I couldn't keep the clean meter high, I tried to flush the blades and say, "Goodbye." I tried to end an era of tears and sorrow, but I just kept on hoping there would be no tomorrow. I love you more than anything else, so I lie about the bleeding and the issues with my health. Because while I know the only way you'll be fine, Is if I am too.
RomanticKaren Bassey

NICE TO MEET YOU

Never would I have thought I would lay calmly in your arms Never would I imagine I'd choose you over sleep To be frank No sane person would have imagined Of laying in a stranger's arms But with every word, every breath you took in I felt closer to you than ever You made my imagination go wild You were right I am in love.
