Sadness

It's a sea, raging all around me There's no escape From the feeling of drowning How could they just leave me here? Alone to drown No sense of direction Where is up? Where is forward? What is going on? There's nothing, Nothing left I need to find my own way With no one to help me Maybe, one day Someone will come And that person could help me And until that day comes, I'm stuck In the middle of this raging sea Surrounded, trapped, scared, As the water closes in I wonder 'can it get any worse' All my memories, lost to the monster Am I next?
