my smile fell to the ground as he approached despite the mild summer air i shivered my smile sunk into the ground as he touched me the saltiness of the coastal air mixing with that of my tears my smile got stomped upon and ripped apart as the dress left my body large hands replacing it instead my smile disappeared forevermore as he left me there

alone cold hurt unsmiling.
