Final Goodbye

I say my final Goodbye to you On the road tonight. It was sweet For awhile, But now We're slowly Drifting apart. We used to be Across the table, But now We're worlds away. This distance I dislike And so I say goodbye To my hopes tonight. Goodbye to my hopes That things could change And get better. Goodbye to the memories, The dashed hopes, The faded dreams Which will never come true. I say goodbye To that house tonight, And those people, Your family I used to know. Because I don't know them Anymore Since we don't know Each other anymore. And though I know It will hurt, I want you To read this tonight Or tomorrow For this is My final goodbye to you.
