The Glasses I have... Forgotten

MaryllisesAnxious

I feel like I'm blind Not Completely But blind to the details of life The branches on the trees are a blur Colors of the crowd, blotches Everything else, maximized Everything louder, smells in tensed Faces just a color blob put on top of a body To have my glass is to have sight To have forgotten to have freedom from fright My glasses keep me on lock and key Watching, waiting, for something to come to me.
