Light

Tiffany.Inspired

There's a street Lined with daffodils And bright red roses That no one dares To take There's a street Somewhere around here That's a wide Straight line That has one house Along the right. At night The sky would Be pitch black And so would the house Everything was black And you couldn't See a thing But at the end There is a small Little light It is a simple Street lamp I thought 'How do you dare To survive In such darkness That you cannot see Through.' But there is a couple That would stand in the rain Trying to reach the light And softly they say 'We'll get to the light Soon.' They hold hand in hand Saying a simple 'Its the light at the end of the tunnel.' 'We'll be there soon.'
