for years or for hours
the hunger never stops it never edges but all it does is devour each part of you
hither and thither my eyes they wander from your shoulders to the curve of your back from your neck to those fingers whose soft caress I crave
the hunger never stops hunting for you
its not only for the meaty and the tender but the kind and unkind that creeps and oozes which doesn't take form nor oblige to digest
the hunger never stops although lodging in its worst frame hunting for you
even though its almost a felony a cruel ailment with no remedy i persevere in this allegiance a devotion i can't quite justify
in a stillness with no life in a discretion without consideration in a senseless motivation i dive
it is contentedness one that a thousand teeth are unable to seek
because it is this mad hunger deep like the trenches of the eyes that never stops hunting for you
never will
