The more you know, the easier it gets, was something I have heard before. I don't remember much of the context but I am different now, I guess. The more I know, the more the maze tightens, like your hands around my neck when we melt away, fighting with each other. It is love too, you know, when the anger crushes your bone and your throat is sore with the shouts and the longing which doesn't ever satisfy, a thirst that one can never really quench. A thirst for you. Not just the heat when you lay next to me but the you that is hidden from the million eyes who see you for how you look and value you for who you are to them, as if they know you down to the last cell, as if they know you like I do. And I don't like it, tell me how could I. But, what do you do to make it better; you turn the anger into a pleasure we cannot live without, as I tangle into you and make sure this knot doesn't loosen up for you to slip. But it does no matter, and even so, you stay. This is where I know it's real. But so is the fear, when you shine like the earth to my moon. I am merely a rock, would let you trample me beneath your diamond soles. Then why do you ask if I am still the same person, I'd give my world to you any day - "You used to be brighter, I guess." Do I know the answer? No. But what I do know is -

in your eyes I've been lost too long like the deep beneath of the sea it spoke of a beyond to me

a silver daydream

you were a poem woven in my veins your fingers stained with ink stain my vision as I sink

into a blood red haze

your touch, a conditioned harmony the wind that breaks through my hair your stare of which I should've known would be the end of my belief

smack your lips as you taste salt on mine and make waves smile and the sun shine

brighter, I guess

lasting gaze of which I couldn't have known would wreck my existence apart like a mirror when I looked at you a cracked illusion unpuzzled and sprawled

pick the most vulnerable pieces

make Or break

i'd gladly leave that upto you

but when the morning comes you taste

of lemonade and the strawberry shakes a sight tinted rose

i will always drown in this technicolor daze
