A Gift of Poems

The only real thing you gave is poetry to rattle my bones.

When you Offer me your Love

When you offer me your love, Do not offer it halfway and insist I see the glass half full, I am not a reservoir. Do not tell me to walk on coals to meet you; To brave the tides, taking the first step by blind faith, I cannot do that, my box of excuses has reached its limit. If I cannot see your love, shinning on the darkest nights Then do not offer it to me at all.

Strained

My heart is strained from chasing yours everywhere.

Stay

It is weird that you're the fixed point on which my world revolves, No Matter how many heartbreaks and unrequited love, I always wonder back to you, To our moment, and it's good for a time, For a time you aren't drifting away, For a time you're choosing me. In those moment, I seem to forget that it's temporary, This love of ours. It's just a jump start for another three hundred and sixty five days without, wondering why you never choose to stay.

The One

If I ever write about you, what will I say? That you were the one? The one I should never have met, Because everyone after has to battle with the after taste of our love. What will I say? I'm sorry I let you hurt me; I'm sorry that every time they say they love me, I hear your voice, See your face And it clouds me, It makes me disbelieve. I'm sorry I thought you were the one so I can't think they are too.

Stories

There are no stories in my heart where the hero triumphs, Just theatric horror where you call to the void, in hopes help comes running. That is how my love is; A deflated ball still bent on bouncing.

one day

one day she finally realized that she acts so stupid back then loving someone who hurts her like hell who doesnt even care how she felt and ignore her like she's nothing but a cold and heartless girl when the truth is, she's dying inside, hurting because of him but then now she's slowly healing sometimes the feeling still the same sometimes she doesnt even care

it would be so nice

it must have felt so nice, to be able to pour out the love you have for someone wholeheartedly to be able to tell them how much you worried about them when they ride out at midnight to get to listen about how their days went for every single days,

live well

please don't live a quiet life. please do live a loud life, live so well and healthy. because that's the only way of me, healing this feeling of missing you. i want to see you live your life well. with or without me.

the same

at the end of the day, you still tend to push me away and build a wall between us. and i will always be the one who loves more.
