Wishing You Were Here Again

Wishing you were here again. Wishing I could see again. Wishing the for the blinding light. Wishing for your concern once more. You lied to me, I knew it so, Yet my love never failed you once. You hated me. I knew it so, But not once have you left my heart. You never will. I wish I could here those words again. But you left before I could Hear them twice. Wishing you were here again. Wishing we had that fight again.

The Point; It's Over

What's the point in speaking, if your words don't hold the truth. The point for comfort shall never fulfil the desire. What's the point in our love, when it a simple one way street? The point: It's over, For my love for you is gone. What's the point in ending, when we never even began?

But, Here I Stand. Alone.

You said you'd never leave. But, here I stand. Alone. When you're across the line. I never thought I'd run solo. But, here I stand. Alone. Why is no one by my side? You said your love would never did. But, here I stand. Alone. Where there's nothing left but hate. I never knew the world could be so dark. But, here I stand. Alone. What else will only force me down? You said we'd always be. But, here I stand. Alone. Who else is there to fear? I never wanted this.

Words

171,146 words,26 letters, 5 vowels and I still cannot tell you how much I love and appreciate you. Anxiety holds my tongue as if it's a tamed horse. Not allowing me to say a few Compliments will sail your way When I learn to talk to you one day. For now I stay silent appreciating you from afar Ill say something one day when I gather all my might. Sleeping is a thing of the past for now you keep me up at night. This isn't a love poem I'm afraid to say. I am obsessed with you I mean no harm Just watching silently, no words to fray. Words will hurt and burn my tongue Making my stomach unravel then undone The best friend I didn't know I'd have here Will leave me when love is no longer there

The Call

At first, it's just a whisper A faint ringing in my ears But it grows louder Until a screech; A thud upon my shoulder But it calms me Against the deafening silence of before And life emerges From those hazel mirrors That look into mine So I heed the call I answer the ringing And together We wage war against the quiet; The nothingness; The dark

The Speed of You is Beyond My Reach By: Jacob B.

you are moving at speeds i can’t even imagine soon i will catch up but at the moment i am 1000 miles away from you mentally and you think i’m at the door ready to move but i am not i need time because the speed of you is beyond my reach i need to focus on what is needed and what to do to make this gap much smaller so give me time because the speed of you is beyond my reach i can’t figure out why you think i’m with you but i can’t even see you, i hate that i have to explain this but i think you are about to forget me just take this one leap across this gap and help me make it so the the speeds you are going are at least even imaginable

Why You?

I sometimes ask myself why you? Why do I feel these emotions are true? My mind retraces it's steps To the start of everything and I remember why I know it's you On this path we've both walked What's felt like mile, has only been a few feet What were blank faces, trapped in blank spaces Are now colorful caricatures, discovering new places Just two souls talking Getting lost In the path they're walking Once there was a desert, With just another lonely soul They'd wander every day, Parched and broken There appeared a river

Deserving

Every time I hear that song I think of you And wonder if I still come to your mind Probably not... I'm not worth your thoughts I broke your heart If I deserve anything It's your hatred If I deserve anything It's the foulest curse one can put upon another If I deserve anything It's anything but having you back I know this So why do I want you so damn badly

Her.

She is light She doesn't believe so But her smile powers my world My world of rust and gears This broken heart can once again function From her kiss Her touch invokes something in me I didn't know I had But how can one love another If the place where we once met Is no longer there How can one love another If that love is forbidden Dirty and shameful I am unashamed But others

Find Love

You don't have to open your flesh To find love Look for it elsewhere In his eyes before he kisses you In his smile after In the sunrise shared In the moonlight you dance beneath His chin on your head His face in your chest Look for it in bed As you disentangle yourselves in the morning As you count his breaths at night Don't mutilate yourself Blood is not the same as love It feels so at the time But you know

Constant

We are constant A cycle Like the earth turning on its axis Your love for me is constant Though it is not often we are together I feel like we could be forever My love for you is constant Though I often push you away Know that it hurts me to do so We are constant A cycle Changing as the seasons
