Borders

Borders are man-made But the border between us is natural
RomanticFallen angel

Throw

I threw my heart away From loving someone so far and it landed into you
SadFallen angel

Chase

I long for you But you long for someone else That person denies you Because of longing for someone else

tangerine blood

my blood is filled with love but not typical love it is hidden and you won't find it through appreciation that is why it has less hue but great saturation my blood is tangerine blood full of hidden love but mostly hatred

Glass Eyes

I lie in a restless haze As I think of your exceptional gaze And those eyes of the purest blue glass From a perfectionist's mold you were cast My mind spins circles thinking of you And wondering what I must do To ask, to know to get you to tell How can I ever know you as well As well as I wish As well as I can As well as if we were one and the same

Whatever Will I Do

Without hearing every word you speak And every single thought you think And watching every time you blink And your beautiful lips upon your drink

Intertwined

Will I ever feel whole Without another soul Without another person To be so intertwined That I barely can tell Their soul from mine?

We Weren't

I let you go -.. far before you think of it whether or not you are by my side, doesn't change anything I just realized one thing between you and me and, with just one difference it covers the possibilities,- before I left, it was you who had left long ago .. I thought I can trust myself giving my heart to us I was wrong,- there's always good and bad fun and sad,- it is difficult for me to distinguish those things .. because it makes no difference

she is like

She is like the morning air, the light that cracks through my window shades Softly saying hello. As i open my window the birds chirping and a smile grows. Gracefully. She stands like a daisy gorgeous to look at But careful She is fragile. Gently digging around her stem.. Picking her up by her roots Placing her inside. Angelic.

Give me a chance

Wherever I go, I see you Whatever I do, I meet you I can't breathe for us two I do not want to But what can I do? Whenever I'm home, I find you. I might be crazy, I shall get lazy, I must be happy, I can get pretty If you look at me I'll set you free. I am dangerous, Dangerously close, Closing doors, Doors and distance,

Sonnet for Abe

My love for you continues to this day. With our photographs and history I stay. Writing stories of our life together keeps me brave: Alive, and feeling better. Diction, sound, and words compose my way. Without, the house would be in disarray. Today I moved your journals to the hall, Last night I collaged our bedroom wall. Abe, remember our gazebo in the yard? I painted it with pictures of the bard. Come to me, listen, Sweet, to the bird’s song. Just a minute, sit with me, not for long. We’ll read Shalom Aleichem in the shade, snuggle like we used to. Then go, my Abe.

true

the reason I haven't forgot about all the sweet things you've said and done, is because you have. you won't come back for me and I still love you. you said forever and that is hope that fuels me while I wait for it to come true.
